Showcase Staff Uniform Guidelines

Apparel Requirements by Role

• College Coaches: Can wear their official college/university gear.
• High School & Club Coaches: Required to wear provided Prep Network gear.
• Showcase Event Staff: Required to wear provided Prep Network gear and official Staff lanyard.

Standard Attire

• Tops: Approved college gear (College Coaches) or provided Prep Network apparel (HS/Club Coaches & Staff). Must be clean and presentable.
• Bottoms: Athletic pants, track pants, or clean athletic shorts. (Jeans are strictly prohibited).
• Footwear: Athletic sneakers required; tennis shoes or basketball/hoop shoes. Must be clean and suitable for court activity.

Strict Prohibitions (What to Avoid)

❌ No Jeans: Denim of any kind is strictly prohibited on the showcase floor.

❌ No Earbuds/Headphones: Wireless earbuds, headphones, or AirPods are strictly prohibited while on duty.

❌ No Non-Prep Network Logos: HS & Club coaches must not wear non-Prep Network competing brand logos.

❌ No Open/Casual Footwear: Sandals, slides, crocs, or slippers are not permitted on court.

❌ No Dirty/Unkempt Attire: Garments must be clean, stain-free, and unwrinkled.

Notes

• Showcase events connect athletes directly with college evaluators; a clean, active appearance maintains high operational standards.
• Site Directors have final authority regarding any role-specific or uniform changes due to weather conditions.
